About Our Firm
At the Law Office of Clifford M. Womack, our goal is to provide a caring, compassionate, and client-centered experience which respects the unique circumstances and best interests of each individual with regard to their particular legal situation. While we know there is no “one size fits all” solution to every case and every client, we do believe that every person has the right to expect fair representation in the court of law. We understand that navigating the legal system can be a confusing and intimidating experience, especially when the life circumstances that have brought you to court may be causing you a great deal of emotional or physical pain.
You may find that some of the larger firms are not interested in taking your case, or that you cannot even meet with your lawyer until the day of the hearing. But we believe that the first step to successful litigation is building a truly privileged partnership between the attorney and the client. This is why our firm prides itself on offering hands-on legal consultations for all our clients. We are willing to discuss the details of your case in person and to provide clarification when you need it. When it is finally your day in court, you can rest assured that our lawyer will be by your side to fight for your legal rights. This is our commitment to you.
Your lawyer, Clifford M. Womack, is a state licensed attorney with over 20 years experience litigating cases including criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, probate, and workers compensation. (You can read more about him here.) Unlike many other law firms, however, our law office concentrates on handling medically related claims with an emphasis on social security disability. Often these cases will involve complex physical and psychological circumstances that can impact quality of life, family relationships, and the ability to remain an active and productive citizen within the community.
In addition to our social security disability practice, we are pleased to be able to accommodate a variety of other every day legal needs including traffic tickets, citations, and application for occupational licenses.
